Reduced analysis time 
You will receive an analysis of the faulty device and feedback on the cause within 10 days instead of 20.

Discount on service costs
If there is no warranty claim (customer fault / no fault detectable), you will receive up to a 25% discount on the service price list.

Removal of signs of wear and tear
In recognised warranty cases, we will remove external signs of wear within the first two years of delivery by, for example, replacing the lid, so that the repaired device looks like new again. In years three and four after delivery, we will no longer repair the old inverter, but will credit you with 60% of the original purchase price as a loyalty bonus when you purchase a new inverter.
