As a member of the Performance family, the INVEOR MPP has all the features of this device class:

• 0.55 kW - 30 kW power: Choose the frequency inverter with the right power for you from four sizes - from 0.55 to 30 kW.
• 200 % overload: Use 200 % overload for up to 3 seconds if required. Or 150 % for a full 60 seconds.
• Speed control range of 1:200: Control your three-phase motors precisely and accurately - thanks to the optimised speed control range and the highest control quality. 

• Control of all motor types: Control the speed of all your motors. Also of synchronous and synchronous reluctance motors of efficiency class IE5.
• Optimised torque control: Maintain constant torque in all applications that require it, such as extruder screws or winding applications.
• Low duty variant: Choose a smaller size with the same performance and benefit from lower costs.

1. Pump display: Control based on pump-specific process variables. Pressure or flow rate directly adjustable.

2. Smart sensor: acceleration sensor to detect vibrations in the application. Provision of data for predictive maintenance.

3. Bidirectional IOs: bidirectional IOs can be assigned as inputs or outputs as desired. Maximum flexibility in the use of inputs and outputs.

4. Temperature sensor input: possibility of connecting a PT1000 resistance temperature sensor. Temperature monitoring and control in the application.

The INVEOR MPP is equipped with a wide range of functions that are particularly required in pump applications. In addition to protective functions such as dry-running protection and blockage detection, the MPP also has a PID controller with standby function, which enables precise control to the desired process variable. This saves energy and reduces wear at the same time.

The INVEOR MPP is also perfectly designed for multi-pump operation. Up to 6 pumps can be controlled as needed in a master-slave network. This ensures a constant supply pressure even with fluctuating delivery quantities and increases the service life of the pumps. In addition, you benefit from a high degree of fail-safety and reliability.

The INVEOR MPP frequency inverter uses the novel pulse injection process.  This enables the rotor position of synchronous and synchronous reluctance motors to be determined without delicate components such as encoder sensors, 

making the KOSTAL INVEOR MPP a powerful and robust variable frequency drive with which you can significantly expand the range of use of your electric motors and applications. The targeted way in which the pulse injection process performs control functions also reduces your energy consumption – with impressive performance parameters at the same time.

From automatic motor recognition (SelfCom) and safety functions such as STO to individual adaptation options via the integrated soft PLC, the INVEOR MPP leaves nothing to be desired. With the SelfCom function, the motor is measured at the push of a button and provides high-quality control parameters, eliminating the need for time-consuming calibration on the test bench. With its STO function, which, when activated, leads to an immediate

and safe shutdown of the power output stages, the INVEOR MPP achieves Sil2 PLD certification. The integrated soft PLC allows access to all internal process variables and at the same time enables the implementation of customer-specific functions. A wireless connection via Bluetooth offers the possibility of convenient commissioning, parameterisation and monitoring via app.

Interfaces of the INVEOR MPP frequency inverter:

• CANopen and Modbus RTU: The INVERO MPP is equipped with a Modbus RTU interface as standard. CANopen is also available as an option.
• Profinet/EtherCAT/Sercos III/EtherNet IP: Upgrade if required and expand the range of functions to include the fieldbus interfaces Profinet, EthereCAT, Sercos III or EtherNet IP - all in one module.
• KOSTAL INVERTERapp optional: Experience the simplest wizard-guided operation and commissioning with the help of the free app.
• Bluetooth: Equip your MPP with a Bluetooth interface. For the simplest communication without cables.
